newlocation begins February 2023 and runs through to November 2023.
Over 10 months you will have the opportunity to participate in:
- Virtual creative dialogues with special guest artists
- An in-person retreat for all participants taking place August 1-3, 2023
- Virtual peer group sessions with opportunity to present and receive feedback on your works-in-process
- Virtual personal coaching sessions with experienced mentor coaches
There will be regular online monthly sessions as well as the in-person retreat. Time commitment varies, however, be prepared to commit 2-3 hours per month. We recognize things come up from time to time, however, we ask that participants reserve time in their schedules to attend all sessions.
There is no fee to participate in this program. It is generously supported by the Canada Council for the Arts and our partners at the Fabulous Festival of Fringe Film.
Meals, lodging and a travel subsidy to cover transportation costs will be provided for the in-person retreat.
